Music Ministry
Music touches people as they approach God and begin to worship. Our music ministry offers opportunities for all age groups to worship and grow in spirit through the expression of music. From the SonShine Singers choir for children age 4  - kindergarten, through the Adult Choir, there is an opportunity for everyone to be involved in the ministry.

The SonShine Singers choir, for children age 4 - kindgergarten, meets each Wednesday from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.  This choir, directed by Stacy Barth, teaches children to sing, play instruments and move to the beat of the music.  The Good News choir, for children grades 1-5, meets each Wednesday from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.  This choir is directed by Ginger Adair.

The Adult Choir is an exciting place to serve.  The choir meets each Wednesday from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.   The choir is open to anyone over the age of 18.  Be prepared to have a good time working hard together on the many different styles of music we are preparing for worship and other special occasions such as Easter and Christmas.  

 The Good News Choir, grades 1-5, will present "Back to the Manger - A Caroling Adventure Through Time," Sunday, December 19, at 6:00 p.m. 

 The Adult Choir will combine with the Wyldwood Baptist Church choir from Cedar Creek to present "Hark The Herald."  The combine choirs will present the musical on Sunday, December 5, at 6:00 p.m. at Wyldwood Baptist in Cedar Creek and on Sunday, December 12, at 6:00 p.m. at First Lockhart Baptist Church.
